Terms and conditions

This is a translation for convenience. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

Gana is pre-launch. Today we only run the waitlist. These terms describe how the service will work; we will update them before any payout is processed and email you if they change.

1. What Gana is

Gana (ganarewards.com) is a rewarded-advertising platform. Advertisers publish missions — answer a survey, reach a level in a game, open an account with a financial product — and pay you for completing them. You receive real money in Colombian pesos. Gana is being incorporated as a company in Colombia; you can reach us at hola@ganarewards.com.

2. Who can use Gana

People aged 18 or over who live in Colombia.
One account per person and per phone number.
To withdraw, the destination account (Nequi, Daviplata or bank account) must be in your name. We may ask you to verify your identity before a withdrawal.

3. How rewards work

Before you start a mission you see what you will receive, event by event. That amount is 70% of what the advertiser pays for the mission.
When you complete an event, the reward first shows as under review. It becomes available once the advertiser or its provider confirms it. Review time depends on the mission and is shown on it.
An advertiser may reject or reverse a conversion, for example if it detects fraud or the action wasn't completed as required. If that happens, we record the reversal in your history; we never delete entries.
If a reversed reward had already been withdrawn, your balance may go negative. We will never charge you money: we only deduct that amount from future rewards.
We don't promise income. What you earn depends on the missions available to you and the time you put in.

4. Superprizes: effort, never chance

Some missions carry a large prize for reaching a demanding goal. They are deterministic: reach the goal, get paid. No draws, raffles, spins or any element of chance. For each superprize we publish what share of people who start it complete it, so you can decide with the facts.

5. Gana never charges you

Gana is free. We will never ask for a deposit, a fee or card details to earn or withdraw. If anyone asks for them in Gana's name, it's a scam; tell us.

6. Withdrawals

You can withdraw your available balance to Nequi, Daviplata or a Colombian bank account, above the minimum shown in the app.
Rewards are calculated in US dollars (the currency advertisers pay in) and converted to pesos at the rate in force when they are confirmed; we always show you the peso amount.
We may hold a withdrawal while we review unusual activity. We will tell you why and how to resolve it.

7. Invest with a bonus

Gana may offer to send your balance to a regulated partner broker, which applies a 15% bonus as its own promotion. The investment, its custody, its risks and any advice are solely the broker's responsibility and governed by its own terms. Gana is not a financial institution, does not take deposits from the public, does not hold investments and does not give investment advice. Investments can lose value.

8. Prohibited use

To protect advertisers and other users, you may not:

Hold more than one account, use other people's accounts or data, or share yours.
Hide or fake your location (VPNs, proxies), or use emulators, bots, scripts or any automation.
Give false or random survey answers, or complete missions without meeting their conditions.
Tamper with links, postbacks or any part of the system.

If we detect this, we may hold or reverse rewards and close the account. Before closing an account on suspicion we review the case, and you can respond at hola@ganarewards.com. Many families share one phone, and we take that into account.

9. Nature of rewards and taxes

Rewards are promotional incentives paid by advertisers for actions you choose to take. Using Gana does not create an employment or service relationship with Gana or the advertisers. You are responsible for declaring your income as the law requires; if the law obliges us to withhold or report payments, we will, and we will show it to you.

10. Third-party missions

Missions are offered by external advertisers and providers. Following a mission takes you to third-party products with their own terms and privacy policies. Gana is not responsible for those products, but it is responsible for paying you what we showed you once the conversion is confirmed.

11. Your data

How we handle your information is in our Privacy policy.

12. Changes, closure and liability

We may update these terms. For significant changes we will give reasonable notice; rewards you already earned are governed by the terms in force when you earned them.
You can close your account at any time. We will pay out your available balance above the withdrawal minimum.
To the extent the law allows, Gana's liability is limited to the value of confirmed rewards we owe you. Nothing here limits your consumer rights under Colombian Law 1480 of 2011.
